| Prices, Prices, Prices: Our business model allows us to provide you with prices our competing companies (both local and internet-based) cringe at. By sacrificing on luxuries we save you on cost. Our loss is your investment. |

| Free Delivery: To us, it's not just enough to have low prices. The economy is suffering, and we all feel the pain of gas prices going up. Mad Prints relieves you of this pain by offering free delivery to the downtown area. This saves you not just time, but money. |

| Setup Fees: Other companies will require you to pay a setup fee for each screen used in the printing process. We have NO setup fees, and you will be surprised to see that our rates are still low. In fact it is still almost always lower than competitors rates WITHOUT including their setup fee. |

| Test Printing: On top of having no screen setup fees, we will assume the risk of setting them up, and providing you with a test print to examine before we begin printing the rest of your order. If you are not satisfied with the print, we will adjust the screens or make new ones free of charge until the print is done to your specifications. At that point, if you still don't like your tshirt, we will keep the print and provide you with a recommendation to another company who may be able to better help you. This process ensures you get a product up to your standards without spending a dime. That is what makes our company unique. |

| Where We Come From (And Where We Are Now) |
| Originally I, Luke Blechl (owner), started printing t-shirts in my basement with a 1-color press. I would watch videos, read books, and experiment with different processes as I currently had no mentor to teach me. As time went on my friends would ask me to make shirts for them or their club/band etc. I loved what I was doing so much, I decided to purchase a 4-color press and learned the art of making multi-colored prints.

| After receiving my new press, I knew it was time for me to start a business, so I enrolled in business classes and began reading every book on the subject I could find. I wanted to put care and thought into my business model, so after 2 years of planning I bit the big one and started my dream business. |

| As luck and good timing would have it, I ran into another screen printer through a friend of a friend. His experience was exactly what I was looking for in a mentor. With roughly 20 years of experience of printing on multiple products with a wide variety of equipment, he was able to speed up my process of learning the tricks of the trade to far less than half the time I would have spent learning it on my own. He has been kind enough to help me in the process of making these high quality products for you. Through this experience I have learned how important it is to have good help by your side. |

| As a business, we have a greater responsibility to take care of our environment and the people that live in it than most. With greater power and influence than most individuals, we have to think carefully about each decision we make. Because of this we are in the process of changing over our chemicals and inks to as many soy-based and environmentally friendly products as possible. We strive to do what we can to help our environment out. |

| The future of Mad Prints |
| Soon we will be providing our own line of tshirts & apparel available to be purchased at affordable prices on our website. Currently, several talented artists are creating designs to be printed on tshirts & other apparel. You can expect to see things like tattoo-style art, "cartoony" characters, abstract/funky designs, among others. These products will be available on our online storefront nearing the holiday season. |
